Marie Rogers

Jena-Lee Rogers

  • Marie is a therapist (LMFT, LPCC) with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. She supports individuals on their healing journey through a mind-body approach. Marie assists clients in slowing down their process to foster a deeper sense of awareness, understanding, and insight. She examines the influence of stress and trauma on the body, offers strategies and tools to restore nervous system regulation, and helps reframe limiting beliefs through healing hikes and personalized sessions.

With a natural affinity for the outdoors, Marie finds inspiration and renewal in nature. She believes that exploration—whether through travel, art, or self-discovery—is an essential part of the human experience.

Creativity flows throughout her work, allowing Marie to approach therapy with fresh perspectives and intuitive insights. With a commitment to nurturing well-being, Marie offers a safe, compassionate space for growth, transformation, and healing.
