Hike Itinerary

Welcome Tea Gathering: Begin your journey with a calming tea session. Enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea as we introduce the theme of hope and healing and set our intentions for the hike.

  • Meditation: Ground yourself with a peaceful meditation session. Through deep breathing and mindful presence, we will prepare our minds and hearts for the healing walk ahead.

  • Silent Walk: Experience the power of silence as we embark on a silent walk. Let the sounds of nature guide you, allowing for inner reflection and a deeper connection with the environment.

  • Healing Hike: Continue the hike through picturesque trails, embracing the beauty of the natural world. This physical activity will not only invigorate your body but also uplift your spirit.

  •  Guided Hope and Healing Writing Exercise: With your journal in hand, participate in a guided writing exercise focused on hope and healing. Reflect on your personal journey and aspirations in a serene natural setting.

  • Group Sharing Circle: Conclude the writing practice with a group sharing circle. In a supportive and compassionate space, participants are invited to share their reflections and experiences from the day, fostering a sense of community and collective healing.

  • Breath Work: Conclude the hike with breath work exercise and intention setting. 


Come prepared with comfortable walking shoes, water, and an open heart and mind.  A journal and pen will be provided.  This Healing Hike promises to be a rejuvenating and inspiring experience, leaving you with a renewed sense of hope and a deeper connection to yourself and nature.
