I’ve signed up for a Healing Hike and now I can’t make it. Will I receive a refund?
Healing Hikes will take place rain or shine. If the hike is cancelled by the facilitators refunds will be issued. If you were to cancel, a credit for a future Healing Hike would be issued.
I like to walk but I do not hike that often. Can I still participate?
We ask that you be able to walk at a moderate pace for at least two to three miles. You need to be able to walk comfortably over varying terrain. We ask that you be able to ascend and descend stairs. We suggest wearing comfortable closed-toed walking shoes.
3. I have a medical issue that may influence my ability to participate on the Healing Hike. Can I still join?
We ask that you please consult with your medical provider about any medical concerns.
4. I see that one of the facilitators is a licensed therapist. Does this mean this is therapy?
While one of the facilitators is a licensed therapist, this is not therapy nor group therapy. These Healing Hikes are designed as social emotional infused workshops to foster of space of intentionality, connection, and self-care.
5. How do I pay to join a Healing Hike?

6. How many people can attend a Healing Hike?
We limit the group size per hike to five people to help create a more personalized and intimate experience.
